About the State Plumbing Board of Louisiana 

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

Executive Director- John Barker, Director of the State Plumbing Board of Louisiana. 

 Office Manager/Human Resources/Accounting- Katie Ramagos, Office Manager and handles all personnel and accounting issues.

Enforcement Division- Christina Hymel, Assistant to the Director and handles all complaints and other enforcement issues.

Journeyman Plumber Division- Lindsey Soileau, handles all Journeyman testing and licensing, Medical Gas and Water Supply Protection Specialist licensing.

Master Plumber Division- Dara Wilson, handles all Master testing and licensing.
